About the Role: At Aditya Birla Chemicals, we are committed to excellence across recruitment, employer branding, campus hiring, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI). As part of our HR Center of Excellence team, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a fresher to gain hands‑on experience across multiple strategic HR areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates from job portals, coordinating interviews, managing candidate follow‑ups, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives by coordinating the collection of employee stories and supporting social media benchmarking, including tracking competitors’ follower growth.
• Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and documentation.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team as required.

Computer skills – PPT & Excel & Word.
