Job Description: 

• Scope of work proposed to be handled: 

Service Partner will handle all voice calls from customers, required languages are Hindi and English . All agents shall speak, write and comprehend in English, and Hindi. 

Criteria: 

• Fresher & Experience / Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply. 

• Males and Females should be Comfortable working in 24/7 shifts. 

• Six days working/ rotational off 

• Immediate joining 

• Training is paid / mandatory to clear certification post training.

• HR Round 
• Operational Round
• Functional Test
