Job Overview:

As an Operations Executive at Kine Sanctuary Foods, you will be an integral part of our operations team, handling invoicing, managing the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) platform, and coordinating with our sales manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. We offer extensive training, so no prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoicing:

•Generate, process, and verify invoices accurately and on time.

•Maintain detailed records of all transactions, payments, and financial documentation.

•Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting practices and resolve any invoicing discrepancies.

2. GEM Management:

•Oversee product listings, order processing, and registration on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) platform.

•Track and monitor GEM orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

•Stay updated with GEM policies and regulations to ensure compliance.

3. Sales Coordination:

•Act as a liaison between the operations team and the sales manager.

•Assist in the execution of sales strategies and support the sales team with administrative tasks.

•Ensure timely communication of sales orders and assist in coordinating logistics for order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

•A bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).

•Strong organizational and time management skills.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

•Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

•Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Training and Development:

•Comprehensive training will be provided on invoicing systems, GEM operations, and sales coordination processes.
