Job Purpose

Commercial Role: Backend support for sales through warehouse operations, vendor management, statutory compliance, and customer service.

Administration Role: End-to-end project sales support through business applications, ratification of transactions, reporting, incentive calculation, and vendor settlement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage order cycles, warehouse stock, vendor payments, and compliance (Commercial role).
  • Provide IT application support (CRM/SAP), ratify sales transactions, generate reports, and assist brand managers (Admin role).
  • Ensure timely vendor settlements, process accuracy, and compliance with statutory norms.
  • Prepare and circulate MIS reports, track KPIs, and support sales productivity.
