Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to potential clients, pitching our digital services, and generating leads. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, persuasive, and eager to earn through performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our services
• Engage prospects, understand their needs, and generate leads
• Set up follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team
• Maintain a database of leads and update records in the CRM
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets to earn incentives

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales or telecalling (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic understanding of digital services (web development, marketing, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Fluent in Hindi OR English (additional languages are a plus)
• Must have a smartphone, laptop, and a stable internet connection
