About Brooke Hospital for Animals (India):
The Brooke is an international animal welfare charity working to improve the lives of working horses, donkeys, mules, and the people who depend on them. We reach over 2 million working animals across Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Our staff includes veterinarians, animal welfare experts, and advocacy & development specialists. BI is a Section 8 not-for-profit company under the Companies Act 2013, which is an affiliate of BUK, which works for the welfare and health of working equines and the development of a community that owns them. It operates in 11 States & Union Territories and implements its programme directly.

About the Internship Program: Brooke India is committed to empowering persons with disabilities by providing an inclusive platform to build skills and gain experience in social work and animal welfare. This internship is designed to encourage learning, participation, and professional growth for PWD candidates in a supportive environment.
Successful completion of the 3-month internship may also lead to opportunities for project-based consultancy assignments with the organization.

Content Creation: edit videos, design graphics for social media and campaigns. Production Support: Assist storyboarding, scripting and audio/visual for shoots. Digital Marketing: Create and schedule social media posts, support digital campaigns Collaboration with funds and comms team, providing input and incorporating feedback. Data Management: maintain multimedia files in a digital library.
Familiarity with video editing and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite). Understanding of social media platforms and digital content best practices. Creative and visual skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently supported by strong communication and teamwork skills.

Planning and Performance
Data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis for program datasets. Assist in developing and updating Power BI dashboards and reports Support internal reporting by generating clean and well-documented Excel outputs Assist in testing, updating, or documenting monitoring apps/tools (as required)
Advance Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, formulas, basic analysis) Knowledge of Power BI (data models, visuals, dashboards) Data analysis and reporting Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
