Hiring person with disability (PWD) for HDFC BANK.

Profile : SL Initiative-FLCC Officer
Location: Eastern Uttar Pradesh
Profile description: FLCC Officer provides awareness through Financial Literacy & Credit Counselling Programs.

Years of experience 0-3 yrs

          Responsibilities:

• Area/Village Survey – Undertake survey & identify areas – villages /
  wards having potential for formation of SHGs/JLG.
• Create baseline information about the group & individual members.
• Financial Literacy – Conducting Financial literacy on expenditure
  management, savings, borrowing for enterprise activity and insurance.
• Business Drive – Tracking file movement from sourcing till
  disbursement.
• Pitching cross sell products to customers during FLCC and branch visit
• Collection Drive – Calling customers for recovery follow-up and
  assisting RM in terms of achieving branch OTR%
• Branch Compliance – Maintaining customer records and FLCC register
  to adhere audit compliance

Educational qualification preferred:  12th Pass/ Graduate / Post Graduate
