Candidate responsibility:
ï‚· Understanding of the end to end registration process.
ï‚· Sending Stamp duty related intimations and reminders to customers
ï‚· Sending customer stamp duty payment related details to consultant for challan
generation
ï‚· Having knowledge of GRAS challan generation so as to guide customers for challan
preparation
ï‚· Sending registration related confirmation emails to customers
ï‚· Preparation and verifying of customer Agreements for Sale
ï‚· Going to registration office for customer registrations
ï‚· Handing over customer agreement to customer after registration.
ï‚· Preparation of work orders and purchase orders
To process the registrations for all phases of the project including:
ï‚· Processing stamp duty challans for customers
ï‚· Sending registration intimations
ï‚· Reminders and registration confirmation emails to customers.
ï‚· Prepare agreement for Sale for individual customers and get these agreements registered at the registration office.
