Job Title: Java Developer (0.6 to 2 Years Experience) – PWD Hiring

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Java Developer to join our growing team! This role is ideal for candidates with 0.6 to 2 years of experience in Java development and a strong educational background. We are open to Freshers from Tier 1 colleges who are passionate about Java development and eager to kickstart their career in a dynamic tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and services.
• Work on software design, coding, and debugging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in Java development.
• Assist in maintaining, improving, and supporting existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Strong academic background, preferably from a Tier 1 & Tier 2 college.
• Experience: 0.6 to 2 years of experience in Java development. Freshers from Tier 1 colleges are also welcome to apply.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java and familiarity with related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL, MySQL, etc.)
  • Understanding of version control tools such as Git.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
