Job Overview:

As a Customer Care Executive at Jivabhumi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and providing information about our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Jivabhumi’s products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns or exchanges.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report it to relevant departments to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the customer service database.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Procurement) to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A basic college degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable but not necessary
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time efficiently.
    • Basic computer proficiency is desired.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
    • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
