The Objectives of #SilentVoices Initiative are:
1. Promote Inclusive Employment: Integrate Speech & Hearing Impaired and Persons With Disability (PWD) individuals into our frontline operations to foster an inclusive, equitable workplace.
2. Leverage Untapped Talent: Recognize and utilize the capabilities of SHIs and PWDs in customer-facing and operational roles at fuel stations.
3. Enhance Customer Experience: Sensitize customers and staff to inclusivity, thus improving the overall brand experience at BPCL ROs.
4. Build Sustainable Partnerships: Collaborate with NGOs, training partners, and government bodies for recruitment, training, and ongoing support.
5. Position BPCL as a Socially Responsible Leader: Set an industry benchmark in inclusive hiring and workplace diversity.

In line with above, we’re seeking details of the SHI and PWD (other disabilities) candidates across India for employment in our fuel stations.
