Xoriant 11/6/2024 - 20/2/2025 Managing Salesforce on Account and Opportunity level to capture the correct details for the revenue recognition. • Connect with the Onshore Sales team and understand the background behind each opportunity submitted for Finance review and closure. • Adhere to Approval Matrix and Process related guidelines to approve the opportunities and close it to LO level. • Collaborate with Cross functional teams such as Delivery Managers , PMO , Business Finance Team , Invoicing Team to check the previous trends of orders and apply the changes to current order booking • Collaborate with different Application development teams and propose enhancement requests to simplify the processes and communicate the same to cross functional after successful implementation. • Approve the new Account request in Salesforce by conduction research on Duns & Bradstreet Portal , by checking the different Risk Index of the customer , to avoid future business risks . • Follow up on L1 level opportunities, which are not yet submitted for Finance Review and push Sales team to submit the same for booking incremental revenue . • Follow up on the opportunities where the timeline has breached and ask sales to update the status of those according to the current status of the opportunity . • To be a pet of different internal meetings and support PMO & Revenue Recognition team to identify and close the gaps between opportunities and Project Creation to avoid the revenue loss. • Supporting and guiding Sales Team regards to new features of Salesforce , Process Updates , various check points which will help to smooth flow of process of Finance Evaluation . • Maintaing weekly , Monthly reports with Latest comments of Pending opportunities in Salesforce which are not yet marked as L0 and reasons behind it . • Publishing Process Updates emails to various cross functional team and address the queries post the email distribution. • Act as point of contact for PMO team , for data sharing and for Approval of opportunities which helps them to create , update Projects in the system . • Review the attached documents for opportunity closure such as SOW, PO, Estimates, Placement Forms • and ask for the same if anything is missing from the Sales, Delivery and PMO team. • Monitor correct Profit Margin approvals on the created Estimation sheets for the opportunity closure evaluation and ask for the same if it’s not in place . • Create PowerPoint presentations as and when asked for the training purpose.
