I have Aniridia, which is a congenital (from birth) eye condition where the iris (the colored part of the eye) is partially absent.
This condition causes reduced vision and sensitivity to light.
However, with appropriate support and accommodations, I am fully capable of performing job responsibilities efficiently.
I am committed to working diligently and contributing positively to the organization
