About me

Hi, I’m Ravindra Dagamwar, based in Pune, Maharashtra. I have around 5–5.5 years of experience across operations, HR service delivery, and critical infrastructure management.

I currently work as an Admin Executive at Innover Systems Pvt. Ltd., where I support a Smart City Integrated Command & Control Centre (ICCC) and Disaster Management Office, reporting directly to the CTO. My day-to-day covers running 24×7 command centre operations, managing SLA compliance across 8+ vendor relationships, roster scheduling for 50+ staff, real-time incident response, MIS reporting, and maintaining ISO 27001 documentation — I recently built out a full ISO 27001:2022 compliance package (73 documents across 13 sections) for our organisation.

Before this, I worked as a District In-Charge at Swadhaar FinAccess, leading a 100+ member field team, and as an Office Administrator at Sai Sanjivani Enterprises. Earlier in my career, I was an HR Service Delivery Executive at Neeyamo HR Technology Solutions. Before that, I held operational roles in government — with the Food & Supply Department and the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

I hold a B.Com from Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University and an MS-CIT certification.

My core strengths are MIS and performance reporting, advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), vendor and SLA management, compliance/audit documentation, and roster and resource planning for large teams.

I’m currently exploring opportunities in critical operations and command centre management — particularly with GCC banking institutions and UAE/Gulf-based organisations — and I’m also building out additional skills in SAP HCM and AWS Solutions Architect (Associate) to broaden my range.
