Respected sir,

                              I am Rana Sharma age residing at [13/11, Barisha purba para (school road) Kolkata-63]; P.O: Thakurpukur,P.S: Haridevpur, Ward no: 124.

                                                                        Sir, my educational qualification is i had passed class 10 from (The Good Shepherd Mission School), class 12 from (Central Model School, Barrackpore ) CBSE, completed B.com from Calcutta University and M.com from Vidyasagar University and also done a certificate course on basic computer  from “NIIT” behala chowrasta, done basic certificate course in Tally ERP9 on 2018 from Aptech ltd Behala Chowrasta,   ’i’m a kidney transplantation  patient and visually impaired still now fresher. Sir, i am enclosing all my medication document with this application.
