My experience at ITC Ltd involved understanding the recruitment cycle, where I was involved in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. I learned to identify the right talent for specific roles, which is crucial in a fast-paced environment like BPO hiring. My HR internship further solidified my understanding of recruitment processes, where I assisted in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Through these experiences, I developed a keen eye for talent and honed my skills in candidate sourcing and screening, which I believe are essential for the role of a Human Resource Recruiter.
