Wipro - Currently, I am working with Wipro Limited as a Senior Associate, a role I have held for over 8 years since June 2018. In my recent track as a Content Moderator, I review and analyze user-generated text, images, video, and audio to ensure full compliance with global community standards and policy guidelines. In this role, I consistently exceed targets daily while maintaining my AHT,NHT, Utilisation and Occupancy,I regularly act as the floor Point of Contact (POC) and acting Team Lead, managing operational escalations and mentoring junior team members.

Aegis Pvt limited - I started my professional journey with Aegis Pvt Ltd as a Customer Support Associate, where I spent nearly three and a half years managing both inbound and outbound processes. There, I was responsible for resolving complex customer queries, managing complaints, and consistently achieving daily targets across key metrics like AHT, CSAT, and quality scores.
