Amararaja energy and mobility 01/04/2013 - Present Presently associated with Amara raja Energy & Mobility Ltd in SAP (PP Modula) as Sr Operator Roles and Responsibilities: • .Process Development & Improvement: Plan, design, and execute new manufacturing process trials from conceptualization to implementation. Lead continuous improvement initiatives for existing processes by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective measures to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. • SAP S4 HANA Implementation: Actively participate in SAP S4 HANA core tool implementation for enterprise resource planning. Contribute to system configuration, data migration activities, and process integration to support new product development cycles and ensure seamless information flow across departments. • PPAP Documentation & Validation: Engage in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities including preparation of submission documentation, validation of manufacturing processes, and ensuring all customer-specific requirements are met before production launch of new products. • SAP System Operations: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules including production planning, material management, and quality management. Execute daily transactions, generate reports, maintain master data, and troubleshoot system issues to support manufacturing operations. • Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify, develop business cases for, and implement cost-saving projects across manufacturing operations. Analyze material consumption, process efficiency, and waste reduction opportunities to achieve targeted savings while maintaining quality standards. • Manufacturing Cycle Time Optimization: Analyze production workflows, identify non-value-added activities, and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce cycle times. Utilize time-motion studies, process mapping, and continuous monitoring to achieve optimal throughput and capacity utilization. • Audit Management & Compliance: Serve as a key participant in internal quality audits, customer audits, and third-party certification audits. Respond to audit findings, develop corrective action plans, track implementation progress, and ensure timely closure of all action items to maintain compliance. • Audit Reporting & Documentation: Compile comprehensive audit reports documenting findings, observations, non-conformances, and corrective actions. Maintain audit trails, prepare management review presentations, and ensure proper documentation archival as per quality system requirements. • Control Plan Development: Function as an integral team member in the creation, review, and updating of control plans for manufacturing processes. Ensure control plans accurately reflect process parameters, inspection methods, reaction plans, and incorporate lessons learned from production experience. • ISO/TS 16949 Compliance: Maintain and ensure adherence to ISO/TS 16949 (IATF 16949) automotive quality management system standards. Implement quality procedures, conduct regular compliance checks, participate in management reviews, and drive continual improvement aligned with standard requirements.
