Sincre being Polio patient effected in right hand and left leg with 78% disability tried my best to work and travel with disbility and did my best until my last drop.
Now since i had major Mass Lateral fixation surgery for mC1 TO C4 —with spine –few impakts in spine with screws —stopped my life , i am unable to walk —which has become huge contraint in mobility to acj=hieve opurtunies .
Stull i can work from Home any time zones and coutnry .
present proved my self working from HOME independly for DHL on contract basis –since contract it is tempoririy ..

Present
RMS -Applications is User Based Application where CW1 Country Users set up customer and vendor rates for auto rating.
The Purpose of Set up is to Maintain standard sell tariffs (MTS) and to Load the Rate in CW1.
My DHl+ Application offers an online platform to customers, whether as a private person or a business person or an employee acting on behalf of a business to do business with DHL Express as simple as possible by permitting to create shipments , get quote Rate the printing of labels, scheduling of pickups, storing contact details, tracking of shipments, transmission of relevant documents and data directly from the shippers’ computer and other functions related to DHL Express´ services (all together “Functions”).
Project 1: RMS -DHL Rate Management System
• RMS suite consists of Client Rate, MTS, Cost, Company Tariff application.
• 2025 and 2026 Releases included UI changes, Database Updates, API updates for MTS, COST, CT.
• Direct entry and Uploading of Rates using RCT file in RMS.
• AFR, OCEAN-LCL ,OCEAN -FCL , BULK, ROAD, RAIL Rates and Multiple Rate Types.
Project 2: SPARK – Support Platform for Assistance Resolution and knowledge
• Migration of GEMA to SAPRK
• Country Roll -out Deployments – supporting different countries in their time zone
• Incident management service now -CASES, TASKS, CLAIMS, COMPLAINS, SERVICE REQUEST
• Pre- CCT, CCT, RTP, HYPERCARE Phases support
