About me

I am a Post-Graduate in History from Presidency University with a B.Ed. I am also computer literate. I have qualified for UGC-NET and SET. I would like to become an inclusive teacher. I have a strong grasp of History and excellent command of English Language.  Apart from teaching History, I can become a trainer in English Language as well.  I can review or edit manuscripts or academic contents of textbooks, write historical documentaries or engage in research work. I have worked as a Proofreader at Netaji Research Bureau, Kolkata. I have experience of editing and doing transcription work in the Seagull Foundation.

I am wheelchair-bound since my childhood due to Meningomylocoele of the Lower Spine. However, hip upwards, I am totally mobile and independent. I walk on wheels. I use innovative teaching methods which is engaging and critically analytical at the same time.
