Results-oriented and highly motivated Mechanical Engineer in Exclusive Magnesium Pvt.
Ltd. as Quality Assurance Engineer with 10 Year’s experience.
 Knowledgeable on Manufacturing, Piping, Welding, Castings, Extrusions, Forgings, Rolled
Plates, Casted Plates, Sheets, Machined Parts, Integration/Assembly projects.
 Knowledgeable in Non-Destructive Testing (RT, UT, MPT, PT, PAUT, TOFD), Eddy
Current Testing & QA/QC in Welding, Piping.
 Primary inspection responsibilities are monitoring, supervising and appraising the
contractor’s/Sub-contractor’s fabrication, maintenance and repair performances in the area
of quality control including evaluation of materials and procedures in accordance to
applicable project specifications.
 Adequate knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, Quality Auditing,
Internal Audits.

Adequate knowledge of manufacturing standards such as IS, BS & American
Codes/Standards, Aerospace Standards and Hands on experience in Quality Inspection,
Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance, Knowledge of GD&T.
 Prepare inspection reports and issue non-conformance reports as required. Inspection done
as per QAP (Quality Assurance Plan) or as per the Customer requirement.
 Planning, Preparation and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
 Extensive knowledge of testing and improving quality of products. Ability to lead a team
with excellent interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with good decision making skills.
