My name is kishor suryawanshi, I am locomotor disability 45%, I am very poor man, I am rent house and daily low wage life ii have no personal home and land and no support my family I am alone very dangerous life my 35 and also my just 10th class aducaion am permanent disability, my father not before my child life should my disability certificate, I am my last 2 year disability certificate.
