JP Morgan 2023-02-15 - • Performing daily NavOps activities by doing pre verification and post verification checks for the Edin and Lux clients. • Ensuring all the instructions and adjustments are processed and posted correctly in Wins. • Clearing EMS and also ensuring the EMS are correctly generated and closing the same with proper backups and support. • Performing monthly expense activity of Accrual review, True-Ups and Management fees. • Clearing cash and stock breaks by reconciling the ledger and custody transactions • Performing Capital Stock activity as per TA file and ensuring the units and proceeds are matching in WINS and Custody • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the clients deliverables are completed in timely manner without any delay

SSNC Technologies 2008-06-10 - 2023-02-13 • Reviewing daily, weekly & monthly by performing IPV checks on client portfolio report and ensure the process is in compliance with clients valuation policy • Monitoring day to day client deliverables of the preparer’s and ensures it is delivered to client as per valuation policy and agreed timelines. • Performing IPV checks on OTC Rate products, Credit Default Swap, Equity Swap and FX Products • Investigating any price difference exceptions / threshold failure to client for their valuation committee sign-off • Escalating breaks to counterparty and investigating any variance with regards to input used with counterparty • Liaising with internal department viz Fund accounting, Operations, Recon team to collectively achieve the clients deliverables • Ensuring client portfolio is independently marked and seeking approval for non-independent mark i.e. Manager fair values • Looking after pricing of all financial instruments traded by the clients including Equities, Fixed Income Products (Bonds & Mortgages) and Exchange Traded Derivatives (Futures, Options, Future Options, Equity and Index Options) • Analysing the daily Profit & Loss Statement to the client for OTC products with detailed explanation for vast deviation • Executing the pricing of hard to value securities through vendor pricing services including Bloomberg, Reuters, IDC, SuperDerivatives and Mark IT. • Ensuring end to end valuation process compliance with clients and various vendors. • Preparing BRD (Business Required Document) for implementation of new procedures and process. • Writing excel based VBA Macros for automation of task and reducing errors and manpower. • Doing UAT Testing for any calibration done by Quants team in the existing model and providing feedback before the patch is released in Production environment. • Performing Admin activities post month end of reviewing curve, audit queries, billing of vendors data used by respective clients • MIS reporting to higher management with regards to client, fund, trades, exceptions, staff etc. • Handling a team of 12 Team members and managing their day to day deliverables, work assignments / rotations, employee training & back-up for absentees.
